Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations
Our Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations identify individual skills, interests, abilities, and academic achievement levels to provide actionable recommendations for vocational training, career pathways, and employment opportunities. Each evaluation delivers clear guidance to help individuals navigate barriers and achieve meaningful and sustainable work outcomes.
On-the-Job & Community Exposure Assessments
Our On-the-Job & Community Exposure Assessments use real-world simulations, community and site partnerships, and hands-on tasks to evaluate an individual’s soft skills. They also assess the capacity to perform specific workplace duties, with the goal of identifying actionable strategies, necessary accommodations, and valuable insights into an individual’s readiness for meaningful and sustainable employment.
Career Analysis & Counseling helps individuals gain clarity about their current functioning, academic & I.Q. level, strengths, interests, and future direction. Through guided conversations, structured tools, and individualized planning, we identify natural abilities, learning styles, and career preferences. Families receive practical recommendations for high school course selection, post-secondary options, training pathways, and employment goals.
This service is ideal for individuals who feel unsure about next steps or need support turning interests into a clear, achievable plan. The focus is on confidence, direction, and realistic preparation for life after high school.

Psychological / Neuropsychological / Psycho-Educational Evaluations
Our Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment Services are conducted to assess and identify an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning as it relates to vocational rehabilitation. These evaluations also provide academic achievement levels and clear, actionable recommendations that guide tailored interventions, enabling clients to address challenges in their career pathway.
How Services Are Accessed
Applying for Vocational Rehab or Step Up for Students services does not automatically refer you to Elevate Pathways
Elevate Pathways is an approved provider for both the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation* (DVR) and the Step Up for Students Scholarship – Choice Navigator Program.
*Florida Vocational Rehabilitation Services: Elevate Pathways provides services to individuals referred and authorized by the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Eligibility, service selection, provider choice, and authorization are determined through DVR’s individualized planning and informed-choice process. Participants should contact their assigned DVR counselor with questions about available services or existing authorizations. Elevate Pathways does not determine eligibility or guarantee that any service will be authorized.
